The templates have been tested in CS3 & PSP 9 & is for personal & commercial use.

These templates have been created for the purpose of creating elements for digital scrapbooking kits & tagging kits & are not to be resold in grab bags, as actions or brushes or any other CU items as my products are not CU4CU.
